Terms of Service
Last updated: April 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Manikandan G, trading as Ironmint ("Ironmint", "Morph", "we", "us"), governing your use of Morph — the Framer plugin and web dashboard available at https://app.morph-app.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, installing the plugin, or using the Service in any way, you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
1. The Service
Morph is a content personalization tool for Framer sites. It lets you define rules that match visitor context (referrer, device, location, return state) to variant content (headlines, CTAs, images) and renders the matching variant on your published site.
We may update, modify, add to, or remove features at any time. We will not remove a material feature you rely on without giving you at least 30 days' notice by email.
The Service does not include:
- Legal or compliance advice (including privacy, cookie, or accessibility compliance on your site)
- Guarantees about conversion rates, traffic, or revenue
- Support for Framer itself — that remains Framer's responsibility
2. Account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Morph. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information when you sign up
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately at support@ironmint.studio if you suspect unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or failed to pay for the Service.
3. Trial
New accounts receive a free trial of 7 days. During the trial you have access to paid features, subject to a cap of 50 transactions (impressions + conversions) per day. No credit card is required to start.
When the trial ends:
- You enter a 2-day grace period during which rules continue to serve, giving you time to upgrade.
- If you do not upgrade within 2 days, your account is paused — rules stop serving, but your dashboard, rules, sites, and stats remain visible.
- Paused accounts are kept for 90 days. At day 83 we send an email warning you about deletion. At day 90, your rules and sites are automatically and permanently deleted. Your profile and aggregate stats are preserved so you can reactivate later.
You may upgrade at any time to reactivate your account.
4. Fees and billing
4.1 Pricing
Prices for paid plans are shown in-app at https://app.morph-app.com. We may change prices at any time, but any change will not affect you until your next renewal, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
4.2 Billing cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as you choose). By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method each cycle until you cancel.
4.3 Payment processor
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects and remits sales tax, VAT, and GST where applicable. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
4.4 Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on first-time subscription payments if you are unsatisfied for any reason. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not pro-rate unused portions of a billing period.
To request a refund, email support@ironmint.studio.
4.5 Late payment
If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 7 days and notify you by email. If payment is not recovered, your account enters the pause flow described in Section 3.
4.6 Taxes
Prices are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Where Lemon Squeezy collects tax on our behalf, it is shown at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Morph to:
- Violate any law or third-party right
- Serve malware, phishing pages, or illegal content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Run deceptive personalization that materially misleads your visitors about price, availability, or identity
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where expressly permitted by law
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written consent
- Interfere with the Service or other customers' use of it
- Scrape, mirror, or frame the Service or the dashboard
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us
We may suspend accounts that, in our reasonable judgment, violate this Section, without prior notice if immediate action is necessary.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you upload or create in Morph — site configurations, rules, variant text, images, and any data you bring in ("Customer Content").
You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, transmit, and process Customer Content only as necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not use Customer Content to train models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than delivering the Service. This license ends when your data is deleted.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and display all Customer Content, including images, quotes, and any content you attribute to third parties.
7. Intellectual property
The Service — including the plugin, dashboard, code, design, trademarks, and documentation — is owned by Ironmint and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during the term of your subscription, subject to these Terms.
You may not use the Morph name or logo without our written consent, except to truthfully state that you use Morph.
8. Third-party services
Morph runs on top of Framer and integrates with other third-party services (Lemon Squeezy, Supabase, Vercel, Resend). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Privacy and data processing
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. When you use Morph to personalize your site, we process personal data of your visitors on your behalf as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and takes effect automatically when you sign up.
You are responsible for:
- Having a valid legal basis to process your visitors' data
- Giving your visitors a privacy notice as required by law
- Obtaining cookie consent where required (e.g. EU ePrivacy) before Morph is allowed to set cookies
10. Confidentiality
Each party may be exposed to non-public information about the other ("Confidential Information"). Each party agrees to use the other's Confidential Information only to perform under these Terms and to protect it with at least the same degree of care used for its own confidential information (and no less than reasonable care). This obligation does not apply to information that is public, was known to the receiving party before disclosure, or is independently developed.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that we will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be error-free, or that any errors will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
Nothing in this section limits a warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the liability.
These limits apply regardless of the form of action — contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
13. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
- Your Customer Content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Your violation of any third-party right, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
We will promptly notify you of any such claim and reasonably cooperate in the defense at your expense. You may not settle any claim that imposes any obligation on us without our prior written consent.
14. Term and termination
These Terms are effective when you first accept them and continue until terminated.
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription in the dashboard and deleting your account. Fees already paid are non-refundable except under Section 4.4.
We may terminate immediately if you materially breach these Terms and, if curable, do not cure the breach within 14 days of notice. We may terminate for convenience on 30 days' notice by email.
On termination:
- Your license to use the Service ends immediately.
- We will delete your Customer Content according to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
- Sections 6 (Your content, as to license grant), 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, and 18 survive termination.
15. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee any specific uptime unless stated in a separate written SLA. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and outages of upstream providers (Framer, Vercel, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy) are not breaches of these Terms.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not, you may cancel your account.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this document always reflects the current version.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that the parties cannot resolve through good-faith discussion will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section affects your mandatory consumer rights where applicable law does not allow their waiver.
18. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the DPA constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. You send notices to support@ironmint.studio.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, riots, internet or power outages, or acts of government.
